Torre Uno is a 10-story AAA office building with LEED certification, in the Financial District of Vía Montejo, northern Mérida, Yucatán. It is complete and in operation.

It was the district's first corporate space delivered, and its floors were designed to support productivity: smart meeting rooms, Herman Miller furniture, dining areas and open-plan space.
