Torre Dos is an 8-level office building with 24,000 m² of total construction and 11,000 m² of rentable high-end office space, in the Financial District of Vía Montejo, northern Mérida, Yucatán.

Its space is entirely devoted to rentals. In 2019 the project won the award for the best of its kind at the America's Property Awards in London, England.

Torre Dos occupies the district's flagship lot, holds EDGE certification and offers latest-generation equipment across all its floors.

Vía Montejo is the first Financial District in southeastern Mexico, and it shares the central park, lakes and shopping area with the residential side of the development, steps from the offices.
