Atlántida is a 10-story residential building at Vía Montejo, in northern Mérida, Yucatán, with interior design by Henry Ponce (H.Ponce Architects) and fully constructed.
Atlántida and its sister tower Oceana were the first two residential buildings delivered in the development. They share the entrance, pool and social areas inside an ecological zone surrounded by lakes and parks.
Its apartments were designed for everyday life and for hosting: relaxation and entertainment spaces for residents and their visitors, with top-tier amenities already in operation.
Atlántida sits within the first mixed-use complex in southeastern Mexico. The central park with lakes, the cinemas, the restaurants and the shopping area of Vía Montejo are all within walking distance.
