We integrated the Espadas Family in the elaboration of iconic items for the project, who for 6 generations have kept the tradition of Mayan pottery alive, and who will now be able to open Uayma, a Mayan ceramics school.

The Tulum 101 project is based on a dynamic and bioclimatic architecture that takes advantage of natural resources such as sun, wind and water to create efficient spaces that are respectful of their environment. In addition, we have used local and recycled materials that reduce environmental impact and integrate with the Mayan Forest.
We use limestone, typical of the region, obtained from excavations and repurposed for paving the streets within the development, achieving a reuse of natural materials.
