ABOUT The Park

The Park is an exciting mixed-use project that crowns the Tangamanga Park area and the Convention Center in San Luis Potosi, and consists of a modern Corporate Park, business class hotels, recreational areas, a lifestyle mall by Thor Urbana -partners of Inmobilia in the entire project, together with GFA- and a Residential District, all with the characteristic integral urbanization of a mixed-use complex.

During the first stage of the development, which will be executed over the next three years, a joint investment of approximately $2.35 billion pesos will be made in a residential plus tower with 120 units; another tower with 60 luxury apartments; a corporate office tower; a business class hotel; and the mall of the same name.
