The master plan, designed by landscape architect Mario Schjetnan, director of Grupo de Diseño Urbano (GDU) in Mexico City, allocates 141,200 m² to single-family and multifamily housing, 19,750 m² to retail and office space, 15,000 m² to a specialized medical clinic, 9,500 m² to student residences, and 5,000 m² to Preparatoria Anáhuac. The residential area, accessed through a controlled entrance, consists of two private communities with 170 lots each and three multifamily superblocks, all surrounding an ecological and archaeological park that serves as the green heart of the development.

This development is set to become the first academic community of its kind in southeastern Mexico, as it is home to Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, an innovative institution known for academic excellence, as well as Madison International School, regarded as the country’s leading bilingual school. These institutions were part of the project from the very beginning and helped shape the concept behind Paseo Country.
