What is Inmobilia?

Inmobilia is a premium real estate developer headquartered in Merida, Yucatan, with more than 30 years of experience. It has developed more than 7.8 million m2 across sectors as diverse as golf, tourism, luxury residential, mixed-use, commercial and corporate.

It successfully placed Development Capital Certificates (CKD) for up to 6,000 million pesos on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), strengthening its position as a leader in the real estate market in southern Mexico.

We operate based on expert knowledge of high-end markets and the real estate landscape in the places where we settle, directly impacting the sustainable transformation of the landscape and the creation of luxurious, exclusive and innovative communities.

They include Yucatan Country Club, Novo Cancun, Via Montejo and the private island Four Seasons Caye Chapel in Belize, built together with 24 international strategic partners. We are proud to have developed some of the best communities to live in Latin America.

What does Inmobilia do on sustainability?

Inmobilia is a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and aligns its strategy with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Under a vision of growth and sustainability, it has incorporated Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria into its operation.

To guarantee transparency and accountability, it publishes an annual report with its results, based on the international standards Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and S2.

It also follows the Sustainability Disclosure Standards of the Mexican Council of Financial Reporting and Sustainability Standards.
